Hello! I’m Yajaira—bartender, entrepreneur, and healthcare professional based in Portland, Oregon.
My journey started in hospitality, where I spent over seven years creating experiences and bringing people together. During the pandemic, while working in healthcare, I discovered a deeper calling to serve others with even more intention. That realization led me to launch Pacific Pours.
I’ve always been taught to show up for others. I have a background in healthcare and was raised in a family that values hard work, so I naturally focus on attention to detail, anticipating needs, and making sure people feel taken care of without having to ask.
Outside of events, I’m someone who values connection, family, and making the most of every moment. I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences that feel intentional and meaningful—that’s something I carry into every event. It’s never just about the drinks—it’s about how people feel.
